The Basic License is for one end user (1 computer) for a single person working independently.

NO. Your clients, collaborators, or co-workers must purchase a license.
The Basic License does NOT cover:

Template Use
Ex: Website Templates (this requires a server license for each template you are planning on using the font in)
Customizable PDF
Server Upload
